My baby boy has a yeast infection rash? - baby yeast infection rash

Could it be? My baby has never had a rash since birth and now it is he has been for a few days. I try Desitin but not very good .... the redness and number of balls, like an insect bite on the right .... in Hius friend Could be what they call an infection by yeast of the boys? or not? and how can I treat it?
