I have worked with the clips in the shrouds and the award of a frame that (Blackburn rack, and how other companies are coated with rubber bands, your local bike shop should have hidden a box of them from the back of the store somewhere). It is not generally recommended by the manufacturer, but never a problem with him. The alternative is a BOB trailer so that you never come in contact with the structure and the risk of damage.
